1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Titan Pro Asia, including training, teambuilding, corporate workshops, and event management.

1.2. By engaging our services or accessing our website (www.titanpro.asia), clients are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. Titan Pro Asia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on our website.

2.1. Our services include but are not limited to:

• HRD Corp Claimable Training Programmes
• Teambuilding and Leadership Development
• Soft Skills Workshops
• Corporate Events and Retreats
• CSR and Motivation Programs 2.2. All proposals, quotations, and itineraries are subject to confirmation and availability of trainers, venues, and dates.

3.1. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation/proposal and deposit payment.

3.2. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Titan Pro Asia reserves the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen cost changes (e.g., transportation, accommodation, or venue fees).

4.1. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.

4.2. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the program date, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

4.3. Payments can be made via online transfer, cheque, or through HRD Corp (for HRD claimable programmes).

4.4. Late payment may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

5.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email).

5.2. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before program date: No charge / Full refund of deposit
• 15–30 days before program date: 50% of total fee
• Less than 14 days before program date: 100% of total fee

5.3. Postponement requests are subject to trainer and venue availability, and may incur rescheduling fees.

5.4. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), both parties may agree to postpone without penalty.

6.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate participant details, venue access, and any required logistics information.

6.2. The client must ensure participants follow safety instructions during all activities. Titan Pro Asia will not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from negligence or non-compliance.

6.3. Any special requests (dietary needs, accessibility, etc.) must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.

7.1. All training materials, slides, manuals, and activity content are the intellectual property of Titan Pro Asia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

7.2. Photography or video recording of sessions for commercial use requires prior approval.

8.1. Titan Pro Asia will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, transportation delays, or third-party vendor issues.

8.2. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9.1. All client and participant information collected will be used solely for event coordination, billing, and reporting purposes.

9.2. Titan Pro Asia complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

10.2. Any disputes shall be settled amicably, failing which they will be referred to the courts of Malaysia.
