Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Training & Event Services
• Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
• Cancellation Notice:
- More than 14 days before the program: 80% refund of total amount.
- 7–14 days before the program: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the program: No refund (deposit forfeited).
Rescheduling: Programs may be rescheduled (once) with written notice at least 7 days in advance, subject to trainer and venue availability.
2. Digital/Printed Materials
• Digital products (e.g. modules, templates) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Printed materials may be reprinted or replaced in case of production defect, upon verification.
Package Rates :
• Half-Day Program: from RM5,000 / group
• Full-Day Program: from RM8,000 / group
• 2D1N Program: from RM12,000 / group
• 3D2N Program: from RM16,000 / group (Rates vary by group size, location & customization.)
